DistanceDark eyes stare off into the distance, surveying the never-ending blanket of salty blue (The Sea).Distance by fatasshole
Harsh winds blow, uncaring, cold, merciless.
We used to be so close
Shattering the silence, a thousand shrieks pierce the air.
Smoke bellows and horns puff.
For a moment (that seemed like a thousand years), the air is plumed with a million colours-
-only to be clouded by the dark smoke of the coal seconds later
Light eyes appear aboard the vessel, doing naught but staring.
[piercing the soul?]
A grin is spotted, but forced by the warped flesh on her face.
Pearly white teeth are seen (but then shape themselves into fangs of daggers)
Light eyes grow cloudy, distant, savage
And just as hair sprouts upon maiden arms, the anchor is lifted
Crack. Crack. Crack.
For each [Crack] that the anchor delivers, a bone is broken in his body, sending [acidic] tears of pain down his face, burning his flesh as it flowed.
No longer held in place, the skeleton ship moves, unbound by the land.
Her words consumed herHer words consumed her by CrumbledWings
She was screaming
but her words consumed her cry
enticing me with their beauty
till I forgot their meaning.
She fell so completely
so wonderfully in love
with the ideal of her own insanity
that the wings
which I had nailed into her spine
where held closed
by her blood stained hands
as she fell
so far beyond my reach
however never far enough
that I couldn't hear
the lovely limericks
and seductive sonnets
hail down upon me in hoarse screams,
their beauty forcing me to my knees
and their truth, of the pain
which you romanticized into glorious
plays of shadowed fingers
narrated by tutored pleas
for someone,for anyone,
slowly crushing my heart.
